Information entered by members for membership registration, etc., is moved to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (or to a separate file cabinet in the case of paper documents) and stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws (see retention and use period) before being destroyed. Personal information moved to a separate DB is not used for any purpose other than retention unless required by law.
② Destruction Method
- Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that cannot reproduce records.
- Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

To view or modify personal information, click 'Personal Information Change' (or 'Member Information Modification', etc.), and to cancel membership (withdraw consent), click 'Membership Withdrawal' and go through the identity verification process to directly view, correct, or withdraw.
